Saving and Uploading your PDF Dimensions Form:

After you have downloaded and completed the breaker plate dimensions form, you can either fax it back to us and then fill out the online quote request or you can upload the dimensions form if you have access to a scanner. Just scan the completed form into your computer and when asked, save as PDF format. Then, come back to the online form and in the appropriate field, browse to find where you saved it on your computer. This will automatically upload the form to us rather than you having to fax it.

About Uploading your images:

By uploading the images, you first of all, agree that you are the owner of the image and have full rights to duplicate the product.

The combined file size of all three images must be under 3MB in order for the images to be received by Progressive Machining. You can send the entire package as a .zip file if you have larger images. For tips on how to optimize your images, please see the information below.

How to optimize images to upload:

If your images are large, you can use free software to reduce the file size prior to uploading them. In order for your images to be sent, the combined file size needs to stay under or close to 3MB. Below is a link to download a free photo editing software program you can use to make the images smaller (a good size is around 1200 pixels wide or high). You can also use the built in Windows Picture Manager if you are using Windows XP or Vista. Otherwise, you can download the following:

Request a Quote for Breaker Plates

To request a quote for breaker plates, please follow these instructions. By doing it this way, we have found we are better able to give a more refined quote.

  1. Download the Breaker Plate Form that will allow you to fill in the dimensions.
  2. Either scan the completed dimensions form into your computer and then upload it along with your digital images on the online quote request form below, or fax the dimensions form to 302-422-8913.
    (If you fax the form, we ask that you still complete the online form below as well as it contains additional information)
  3. Complete the quote form below. The form has fields available to send the Breaker Plate Dimensions form that you downloaded, along with 3 additional upload fields for your digital images of the front, side and back of your breaker plate.
